RETURNS POLICY

This refund policy only applies to the United States.

VEEHOP is dedicated to provide high quality products and customer satisfaction.  Orders are fully refundable prior to shipping day. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return items for a refund within 14 days of your receipt of the products, subject to the conditions below. In case of cancellation or product return, listed below is our policy.

Important note: You must obtain written approval for your return within 14 days of your receipt of the products. The approval can be obtained by contacting the company at info@veehop.com or by sending a request message. Any products sent back without written authorization shall be rejected and returned to you at your cost.

To be eligible for a return, you have purchased your items from online at www.veehop.com. Your items must be in the same condition that you have received it, unworn or unused, free of dirt and dust, and in its original packaging. All items in the original box shall be included and returned. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions for shipping. You must pack the product appropriately to avoid damage in transition. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping costs/fees and 15% inspection/restocking fee will be deducted from the purchase price for refund.

Cancellation
If the order is cancelled before shipping day by email to info@veehop.com, the order is fully refundable.

Cancellation for order that have been shipped will follow the return process described above.

Damages in Shipping
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged in transition. VEEHOP is not responsible for damage occurring vis transition. You must file a claim with the carrier. If any damage to the box is apparent, we recommend you promptly notify the delivery driver and take a photo of such damage.

Returns of Defective Product
Defective product is covered under our Limited Warranty Policy. Contact VEEHOP at info@veehop.com for warranty claim.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 weeks. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
